The font started off as just a practice to get the hang of font creation before making an attempt on creating a handwriting style font to serve as the handwriting of my OC Pony in the MLP:FiM Fandom.
However, while creating it, I found myself enjoying the whole thing so I ran with it and gave some structure to the idea.
This font is not intending to be the most beautiful font ever created, nor is it even intended to adhere to the existing concepts of "correct" design.
This font is the result of an effort to convert my normal handwriting in both appearance and how I would approach the task of drawing/writing a glyph if I were to do so in real life.
The font contains glyphs for; all latin derived languages, Japanese (mostly), Cyrillic and Greek. It also contains symbols glyphs which would be seen in web-content in some cases, yes even the obscure ones. Then of course your basic numbers and symbols. In total, it comes to a grand final tally of 1,187 glyphs.

When creating the font, I did so over the space of a day but I kept myself to two rules I refused to break.
1) No do overs. Every stroke I made, I kept. Unless the stroke was a result of a sudden shock from a moving car or a technical fault resulting in an unintended, malformed or vanished stroke. The idea behind this was that it would give the font a sense of character through it's imperfection, the same way in real life our handwriting is riddled with flaws, so to is this....and I love it for that xD
Though it does make the Cyrillic and Japanese glyphs a bit funny sometimes where I struggled xD
2) No assists. At all. Every single glyph was done freehand with no touch-ups or enhancements to make them look in anyway improved over the initial input. Again, this helps keep the font human and less digital perfection in my opinion.
It's because of these two rules that I decided to name the font TerkScript Natural.
TerkScript because...well...I'm Terk and it's my RL script xD
Natural because it's a natural raw digital conversion of my flawed and imperfect handwriting....
....and it's my baby <3 xD

Notes: For some reason which I can't work out, you'll find the language bunched in with the japanese fonts on your system when you install it. Not sure why that's happened, like I said, my first time even trying this and learned by just doing it xD
